The Sequencing, Energetics and Assists module is designed for teachers who are ready to elevate their sequencing skills and create transformative experiences for their students. By understanding the energetics behind assisting and the principles of intentional and intelligent sequencing, you will learn how to craft classes that are accessible, cohesive and empowering. This training will explore all the different ways to sequence: peak pose, regional focus, key actions, subtle body, energetics and philosophical themes. Weaving together asana, pranayama and meditation, you will learn how to develop classes that nourish the body, mind and spirit. You will also learn assisting techniques that will support your students in feeling safe and empowered during their practice.
