Which means, in essence, your deepest intention is to be clear and purposeful from your heart when you are “manifesting”. However, as humans, we are inevitably riddled with patterns and behaviors handed down from our ancestors, played over and over again, defeating our deepest desires.
Making a daily ritual of I AM journaling, heart mapping your life into fruition, and feeling true gratitude every morning, WILL manifest your deepest desires into reality.
HEART MAPPING
Dana says: “I studied business in college, but I had an insatiable curiosity about the mind, and how it worked. Mind mapping was intriguing, and I used it all the time. When I began my yoga journey in my thirties, I went back to mind mapping. But I would put a heart at the center of the page, and I would allow myself several minutes of breath, meditation, and prayer specifically around the heart.”
We drop into the heart via meditation and prayer before every session and ask the heart what is true. You will notice in this journal, that in the center of the Heart Mapping page, there is a large heart. This is for your center point of awareness.It could be on manifesting a new home, financial abundance, a certain lifestyle, healed family relationships, or an intimate partnership. Whatever it is - drop it into the center of the heart.
Do not let your life go by without reflecting, reviewing, and course correcting. My invitation is to use this journal at every Lunation (every New Moon), as this will offer you multiple times a year to redirect focus back to your heart – where truth lives. However, maybe the best use of this journal is AS NEEDED, when purposeful action is necessary.
