Lunar Nodes Shift/Uranus Goes Direct
On January 18th, 2022, the North Node entered Taurus and the South Node entered Scorpio.
This happened just AFTER the Full Moon Cancer and on the same day that Uranus went direct.
The Nodes represent our karma and our destiny. They represent where we have been, and where we are going. The South Node in particular, is about past lives and karmic activity. So, what we’ve done to get “here” and what lessons we have learned along the way. The North Node is connected to our future and offers us opportunities to shift our karma and re-write our life story.
All by itself, the Lunar Nodes shifting signs, is a huge deal. They stay in each polar sign for around 18 months. During those 18 months, we are working through karma (both individually and collectively) related to the signs (and houses) that they reside. Eighteen months ago, circa May/June 2020, was when the Nodes entered into the Gemini/Sagittarius axis. When they shift signs, we somewhat “close” that chapter and move into new “themes” if you will.
Happening just after the Full Moon on the same day at Uranus goes direct in Taurus, is so powerful. The themes of Taurus will be awakened in a huge way during this time. You will see clearly where you’ve been and where you are going with regard to financial flow, comfort, home, hearth, health and what you deem as valuable and sensual.
This amazing transit will break ground in new areas of your life, offering you a new way to look at intimacy, physical security, and inner peace. Sounds nice right?
The Nodes were in Gemini/Sagittarius and since they will now be sitting in Taurus/Scorpio, (which are fixed signs) your life may take on a more certain direction. We’re being offered a bit more ground beneath our feet!! Yay … but not without more shifting, let’s just be clear.
Bottom line is our world is shifting, all structures that we’ve become accustomed to … done. Up for reevaluation and realignment and that, in and of itself is hard. But trust me when I say, this is a fantastic beginning to 2022.

Taurus is about cultivating the stable energy you want to experience. Making practical use of your resources, coming from a centered space, and making the best of the situation you are in. Leaning into the changes in your life, so you can feel more grounded.
Now, here comes Uranus: the change maker, innovator, and higher mind of inspiration. You’ll feel more open to make decisions from your heart and most importantly, your intuition. Consciously choosing the space from which abundance dwells, intimacy prevails, and love oozes from your cells.
Note to self: The eclipses of 2022 will take place in these signs on:
April 30th, May 15th, October 25th, and November 8th. Go inward, and be quiet, cry your heart out, heal and allow your emotions to have their way with you. On July 31st, Uranus will conjunct the North Node creating some unstable energy. The next day, August 1st, Mars joins the party and well, he’ll support your initiation toward what you’re really worth.
